Winscombe and Sandford Digital Imaging Group

This is a group of people from the villages local to Sidcot School who are currently meeting on a monthly basis in the Art department to discuss and share knowledge about digital photography.

I am hoping to put together an exhibition of the work that is being done by members of this group in the near future, which will be featured from here. In the meantime here is a taste.

This image was created by Celia Starr, a member of the group and ex Head of Maths at Sidcot School (now retired). The original photograph was taken in Barcelona during our recent school Art tour - one of the stained glass windows in the unfinished Sagrade Familia.

The image was then altered in Adobe Photoshop in response to a project that the whole group was set - exploring the differing effects of filters in photoshop, and the additional plugin filters that can be added to Photoshop (see link to fo2PIX)
